The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa offers exceptional Southern hospitality in the Allegheny Mountains. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will maintain a safe, efficient environment for guests and staff.

The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, well‑maintained environment across all guestrooms, public areas, and function rooms.

• Assist the Director of Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering in the full upkeep of preventative maintenance, including logs, scheduling, and assignment of projects.
• Work with the HVAC staff on a shift basis and coordinate their activities.
• Review work orders and assign work by priorities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventories of HVAC supplies.
• Maintain all refrigeration equipment on the property.
• Maintain all HVAC equipment on the property (guestrooms, public areas, function rooms).
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary.
• Work on other equipment as needed.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Train engineering personnel on HVAC repairs, maintenance, and general operation.
• Open and close work requests in Synergy.
• Adjust temperatures in hotel BAS.

• At least three years of previous HVAC experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with leading a team.
• Universal CFC license required.
• HVAC/R Associate's Degree or 5 years of field experience required.
