Role Overview This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair. The role requires working both independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 data center environment. Successful candidates will possess skills in work prioritization, organization, and effective communication. In addition to repairs, responsibilities include equipment installation, documentation creation, and problem-solving within the data center space.

Key Responsibilities Perform break-fix work and swap hardware components.

Troubleshoot network connections.

Address email and personnel requests for technical support.

Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

Schedule and perform maintenance tasks.

Respond to customer outages and capacity issues.

Manage and prepare service tickets for daily tasks.

Work Environment This role includes various shift options to support a 24/7 operational environment. Available shifts are Sunday-Wednesday from 6am-6pm, Sunday-Wednesday from 6pm-6am, Wednesday-Saturday from 6am-6pm, and Wednesday-Saturday from 6pm-6am. The position may also include participation in on-call rotations.
