Job Title:
Clearance Clerk
The Clearance Clerk is responsible for real time analysis and assisting in the coordination and balancing of Shipping and Clearance Operations. This role will monitor and document all productivity measurements, support the Manager/Lead to ensure all tasks are ready for the production crew, and support the Manager/Lead to ensure all end of day (EOD) tasks are completed. Other responsibilities will include:
- Collect and record current productivity numbers and report them to the Manager.
- Monitor and track attendance daily.
- Report, research and resolve issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for the Manager/Lead.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of all distribution center technology.
- All other duties as assigned.

Compensation
- Starting hourly pay at $16.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.

- Prior experience in warehouse environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
