Cost Plus World Market - Up to $165000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end distribution center operations ensuring safety, quality, performance, and customer experience in inbound and outbound departments;
Manage and develop a team of managers and supervisors, coaching and mentoring to meet performance objectives;
Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-range operating plans and budgets with P&L accountability;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layouts, reduce waste, and improve facility efficiency;
Ensure OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, clean work environment
