Construction Safety Manager

Overview

Our client, industry leader in data center operations, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 5, you will be part of the safety and operations department supporting large-scale data center builds. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5

Location: Boydton, VA

Pay Rate Range: $76.10 - $83.70

• Review and manage safety compliance on onsite data center construction projects.
• Implement safety measures to motivate employees and improve safety protocols.
• Coordinate with technical and administrative staff to resolve safety-related issues.
• Develop and oversee safety tracking and quality control systems.
• Lead safety training sessions and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive safety leadership experience in data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Safety Certifications such as BCSP are required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with safety management software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and manage safety operations effectively.
