* Boydton, VA - 101 Herbert Dr., onsite with field audits and safety oversight at active Microsoft construction sites.

** Pay Range:*
* $76.10 - $83.70 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Review and manage safety compliance across active data center construction projects.

+ Implement and reinforce safety measures that motivate crews and improve protocols, quality, and efficiency.

+ Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to resolve safety‑related issues.

+ Develop and oversee safety tracking systems, audits, and quality‑control documentation.

+ Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to OSHA, BCSP, and Microsoft safety standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience in data center or large‑scale construction projects.

+ Safety Certifications such as BCSP (CHST, CSP or equivalent).

+ Strong computer proficiency, including Bluebeam and safety management/reporting tools.

+ Excellent verbal communication, coaching ability, and strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to work 100% onsite with frequent field audits and manage safety operations independently.
