Ferrum College is seeking a Grounds Enhancement Manager responsible for the planning, organization, and management of all grounds and athletic field maintenance across the campus. This role requires leadership, technical skills, and dedication to environmental sustainability to maintain an attractive space for the college community.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in landscaping management. Strong knowledge of landscape design and proven team supervision skills are essential.
