Pay Rate: $38.46 - $58.17 / hour

• Works with the Sr. Project Manager to provide overall management in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to the particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area.
• Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies, and SHA mandates requirements.
• Works with the Sr. Project Manager to establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Represents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetings.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains a good relationship with clients.
• Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work.
• Work is performed on the Project Site.

• 5 or more years electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects over $10M including mission critical, ground up construction and remodeling.
• BS degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Masters level strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM
  360, MS Project, P6, and other industry standard software.
• Business knowledge of vendors in retrospective electrical construction industry.
• Ability to travel.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
• Requirements:
  Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old, required education: HS Diploma or GED.
