Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the EVS department and provide supervisory support to facilities leadership;
Train EVS Attendants and oversee task and checklist creation with Facilities Supervisor;
Conduct pre-shift briefings and delegate assignments per Facilities Manager guidance;
Ensure OSHA and Haz Com compliance and maintain MSD sheets; ensure proper labeling and storage of equipment and chemicals;
Coordinate receipt, distribution, and organized storage of equipment and supplies; maintain order in storage areas;
Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper maintenance; resolve issues within authority; perform additional duties as assigned
