Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Luck Companies is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Associate Development to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, succession readiness, and cultural stewardship initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders to ensure associates at every level have the skills, experiences, and development opportunities needed to support individual growth and organizational success.
Responsibilities Enterprise Development Strategy- Lead the organization's associate development strategy, aligning learning and talent initiatives with business goals and future workforce needs.
- Build leadership development, career growth, and succession planning programs that strengthen organizational capability and readiness.
- Partner with leaders across the enterprise to assess team needs and design customized development solutions that improve team effectiveness, collaboration, leadership, and performance.
- Ensure development strategies are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities and culture.
- Champion Values-Based Leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, accountability, and belonging.
- Strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization through impactful development training experiences.
- Lead the Training & Development team and oversee learning programs, tools, vendor partnerships, and development resources.
- Use data and insights to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously improve development outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of enterprise-wide learning, talent, leadership, and organizational development experience.
- Experience leading teams and influencing leaders.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and organizational development expertise.
- Experience with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and learning analytics.
- CPTM, CPLP, SHRM, Insights, or SLII certifications preferred.
