Full Time HUD Property Manager

Location:

Luther Crest, New Market, VA. Direct and oversee daily operations of a 39-room HUD facility.

• Management of HUD regulatory requirements
• Manage refurbishing of apartments to ready for move ins
• Investigate/resolve resident and/or family complaints and concerns
• Other duties related to quality assurance and compliance

Background/Drug tests required.
