Oversee daily restaurant operations and direct the activities of team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.;
Assist the RGM with hiring, training, and disciplining team members in consultation with the RGM.;
Manage cash handling, cost of sales, and labor to meet budgeted profits and labor targets.;
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service and quality.;
Implement marketing and promotional programs and relate with the local community to increase business.
