** leading technology infrastructure organization** , is seeking a  
** Construction Integration Manager 3
** to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting  
** Data Center Operations** ,  
** Lease Providers** , and  
** Subcontractor Teams** . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management capabilities that will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $75.29 - $81.10/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise and coordinate construction production activities while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

+ Collaborate with technical, operational, and administrative teams to resolve construction and production-related issues.

+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control processes to identify and address performance concerns.

+ Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lease providers and operations teams.

+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, production reports, and personnel records while ensuring quality standards are met.

** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, production management, or a related field.

+ 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably within construction or data center environments.

+ 2-3 years of telecommunications experience.

+ Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.

+ High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
