Monitor and manage productivity and quality/safety standards within area of responsibility;
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations;
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
