Job Overview

Branch Supervisor – Fishersville location (Fishersville, VA).

Schedule:

M‑F 7am‑4pm. Reports to Branch Manager.

• Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials.
• Support and grow a capable, engaged team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep operations efficient.
• Promote a safety‑conscious work environment.
• Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities.
• May be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities.

• 2‑3 years of sales experience required.
• 5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to build a team.
• Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions.
• A collaborative, coaching‑focused leadership style.
• Track record of building team trust and consistency.
• Clear, calm problem‑solving – even when fast changes occur.
• Familiarity with process improvement and day‑to‑day execution.
• Insight into the local market and customer needs.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license required.
