Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveyors!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.

Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, including taking photographs, gathering property details and assessing overall conditions, and producing timely reports submitted online via the PC/desktop platform.

• Conduct on‑site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Take photographs and document property details.
• Assess overall condition of each property.
• Prepare and submit survey reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and attachments.

• Reliable vehicle to travel to assessment sites.
• Windows 10 or newer PC.
• Smartphone or digital camera for photo documentation.
• Reliable high‑speed home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Capacity to complete online training within 1–2 weeks.
