Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Orange, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees across various departments
- Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
