As a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

As a Pricing & Estimating Manager you will support the career development of a team of pricing analysts. You will be involved with pre-proposal strategic engagement, along with the management of proposals, ROMs and NTEs. You will ensure estimating system compliance and provide recommendations to leadership on pricing requirements, obligations and risks.

In this job, you will:

• Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
• Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
• Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
• Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review

• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master's degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other applicable government regulations
• Leadership or people management experience
• Experience with U.S. Government, commercial and international proposals
