Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ecosystems Operator to support safe, efficient, and high-quality material production. In this role, you will operate blending and mobile equipment to accurately mix materials to specification, monitor product quality, and load customer trucks with precision. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth production workflows while ensuring the site and equipment remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities- Operate blending equipment to produce materials that meet quality and regulatory standards
- Monitor production, sample materials, and verify product specifications
- Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine operator maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain site conditions, including stockpiles, roadways, and equipment cleanliness
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in aggregate, soil, or sand production
- Experience operating heavy equipment (loader, excavator)
- Proven mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Pay starts at $24.38 per hour but can be higher depending on relevant skills and experience.
