What will you do?
You'll be supporting door production through critical steps such as detailed quality inspections, repairing defects, and prepping products for the next stages. If you have experience with woodworking tools and an eye for detail, this role is perfect for you! Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing quality inspections and documenting results.
• Repairing defects using tools like sanders, chisels, putty knives, and more.
• Restacking and preparing doors for further processing while upholding quality standards.
• Making decisions on repairable vs. non-repairable items to maximize efficiency.

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!).
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• Hands-on experience with woodworking tools like sanders, planers, and chisels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify quality defects.
• Creativity and craftsmanship to repair products while maintaining high standards.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and flip items weighing up to 80 lbs while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making skills for quality control processes.

Working conditions:
Be prepared to work in mildly controlled environments with exposure to temperature changes, dust, and noise. The ability to stay focused in a fast-paced atmosphere is essential.
