Buff and Pack Technician

Cerro Fabricated Products LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is looking for a Buffing and Packing Associate. The role ensures forged parts are finished and packaged to meet quality standards.

• Buff forged parts using appropriate tools and equipment to meet surface finish standards.
• Visually inspect parts for defects, burrs, or surface irregularities and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure finished parts are packaged securely and labeled correctly per customer or internal specifications.
• Follow documented procedures and work instructions for buffing and packing operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling of tools and materials.
• Accurately track and document production, inspection, and packing data.
• Assist in reporting material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
