- - Responsibilities:
Maintain and enforce a comprehensive sanitation program in accordance with USCG TRACEN contractual guidelines to ensure continuous food safety and inspection readiness.;
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available to support daily operations.;
Assist in managing food production schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of operational goals.;
Support the Program Manager in training, mentoring, and supervising food service staff on safety standards and food-handling best practices.;
Monitor production quality and adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
