Job Description

Assembly Worker for a 2nd Shift in Ridgeway, VA. Positions offer paid lunch breaks, flexible scheduling, and a climate‑controlled work environment (though some tasks are performed outdoors).

Ridgeway, Virginia

• Make and tape boxes.
• Pack bottles and gel syringes.
• Place bottles on the production line.
• Perform rework, including unpacking bottles from boxes and repacking into new boxes.
• Build displays.
• Place caps on bottles.
• Stack finished goods on pallets.
• Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment; temperatures reflect outdoor conditions.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• On‑the‑job training provided.

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required.
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
• Wear steel‑toe shoes.
