• Inspector 1 performs operational work related to receipt, inspection, grading, shipment, storage, distribution or delivery of products, parts and materials.
• Loads, unloads, moves or stores items according to routing documents or supervisor instructions.
• Operates the trimmer tie station.
• Operates the inspection stations proficiently (Both cross tie inspection and switch tie inspection) at or above target production levels.
• Performs all duties of machine operator and laborer positions as required.
• Completes daily inspection and maintenance report for assigned station and identifies operational issues.
• Performs daily maintenance for assigned station.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
