Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. producer of Yella Wood brand Pressure-Treated Pine is seeking forklift operators. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and full benefit package.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Drive industrial forklift truck to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
- Move levers and press pedals to drive truck and control the movement of lifting apparatus.
- Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transport load to designated area.
- Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
- Inventory materials on work floor, supply workers with materials as needed, and keep record of inventory.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have previous forklift experience.
