As a Palletizing Associate, you'll be responsible for stacking, organizing, and securing finished products on pallets, ensuring they meet quality standards and shipping requirements.

What You'll Need:
Ability to perform repetitive lifting and stacking tasks accurately and safely
Strong attention to detail to ensure pallets are correctly assembled
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products throughout your shift
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work in a team environment
Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with warehouse or manufacturing equipment
Prior palletizing or packaging experience
Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a production setting
Preferred
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must wear safety shoes that meet electrostatic discharge (ESD) standards; testing will be conducted upon arrival
Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends if needed
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
