** Pay
* * Salaried Grade 6 $ 68,860- $77,770 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift

Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

** Job Summary
** McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:
* Maintaining a safe work environment
* Maintaining product and process quality
* Maintaining food safety and sanitation
* Managing productivity
* Managing improvement opportunities
* Administering Human Resources systems/processes
* Maintaining employee staffing levels
* Maintaining employee relations, evaluating and managing performance

** Required Qualifications

* Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Good written, verbal and human relations skills
* Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

* Good decision making and problem solving skills

** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
* Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
* Lean Manufacturing experience
