SUMMARY

The Senior Fabricator III is an expert craftsman responsible for complex fabrication projects, advanced layouts, specialty forming operations, and technical leadership.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform complex layouts and geometric calculations.

* Operate advanced fabrication equipment.

* Perform heat cambering, jacking, and specialty forming operations.

* Design and construct fabrication jigs and fixtures.

* Perform MIG, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW

* Weld in all positions to AWS D1.1. D1.5 standards. (1G, 2G, 3G, 6G)

* Perform advance torch and plasma cutting operations

* Mentor fabricators and support process improvements.

Successful candidates will have:

* Expert-level fabrication experience.

* Advanced blueprint interpretation and layout skills.

* Proven ability to independently execute complex projects.
