Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the in-house laundry facility to ensure timely processing and distribution of linens;
Supervise, train, and support laundry team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to meet operational demands across the property;
Inspect linen quality and enforce standards for cleanliness, presentation, and handling;
Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
