This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Moon, PA, for a Welder/Pipefitter. The role involves performing high‑quality welding and pipe fitting tasks to support the manufacturing and assembly of industrial kilns, furnaces, and related equipment. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include TIG, MIG, and arc welding of components, cutting and preparing materials based on specifications, interpreting technical drawings, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.

• Proficiency in TIG Welding, MIG Welding, and Arc Welding techniques
• Hands‑on experience with welding and working with various materials
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining workplace safety standards
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in welding or pipe fitting are advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines
