C&L Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years experience:
  • In roll‑to‑roll converting industry.
  • Solvent‑based coating deposition and working in a hazardous rated environment.
  • Experience manufacturing Paint Protection Films & Window Films.

• You understand and follow all safety procedures.
• You are willing to work 12‑hour rotating shift schedules.
• Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e‑mail and data entry.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within your area of responsibility.
