Shipping Associate Day Shift

Job Details

Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This role is performed in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.

• Training period: work Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., lasting up to approximately 6 weeks.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Understand and carry out verbal and simple written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure and inspect for product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate necessary equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably with manufacturing experience.
• Preferably experienced with tape measure readings.
