Electrical Assembler (All Shifts Available)

Schedule Options — All Shifts Available

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM — 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM — 11:45 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM — 7:00 AM
  • Overtime frequent Saturday work available

Note:

All new hires complete orientation and initial training on 1st shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and install electrical systems, wiring, and components on truck bodies
  • Build and test mechanical and hydraulic systems for cranes, booms, and heavy equipment
  • Install lights, alarms, cameras, and other electrical features
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Perform functional testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues using critical thinking skills
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete builds
  • Document work, inspections, and test results accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or installation
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing production
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Vocational or technical training (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
  • Experience with hydraulic assembly, repairs, or testing
  • Previous manufacturing or equipment assembly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fincastle, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.80 – $21.80/hr.
