Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift
Shift 1st: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday

Shift 3rd: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. The role requires working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding, and repetitive environment, including heavy lifting and manual handling. The position may involve tasks across various departments.
- Training period requires working Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm and may last up to 6 weeks.
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
- Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
- Understand and carry out verbal instructions.
- Read and carry out simple written instructions.
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
- Use a tape measure; inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
- Make fraction and decimal conversions.
- Operate any equipment needed to perform the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to understand written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
- Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.
