3rd Shift Associate Production/Assembly Worker

$21.41/hr plus 15% shift differential

• Assemble Sycool units and non‑foam panel door and jamb assemblies in accordance with defined assembly processes.
• Final assembly of foam panel doors (install door handles and hinges).
• Perform material handling procedures in a safe and effective manner.
• Inventory control related to the position (maintain Kanban levels).
• Adhere to Munters Quality System and submit Quality Assurance In‑Process Check Sheets.
• Observe and enforce all safety rules.
• Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Participate in meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain knowledge of new developments and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Hand and power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices such as vacuum lifters, cranes and forklifts.
• Assembling sheet metal parts and components.
• Installing electrical, gas, and air conditioning equipment.
• Testing equipment.
• Loading finished product on trucks.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, use of measuring devices, excellent mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.
• Training Requirements:
  Munters Corp. Orientation, Quality Assurance and Safety Awareness, Assembly II Mechanics.
• Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required.

Monday 7:00PM – 5:30AM
Tuesday 7:00PM – 5:30AM
Wednesday 7:00PM – 5:30AM
Thursday 7:00PM – 5:30AM (overtime into Friday);
Friday 7:00PM – 5:30AM (overtime into Saturday)
