Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Worker to support our Berryville sheet metal shop. This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. No prior fabrication or welding experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with cutting, bending, and preparing materials for production
- Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools
- Follow work orders and support daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support team members with general shop tasks
- Prior work experience (construction, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working with tools and in a production setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the day
Salary: $20 - $24 per hour
