Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for programming and operating our laser engraving machines to produce high‑quality, custom‑engraved archery accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Program CO2 and YAG lasers
- Set up and operate laser engraving equipment
- Run jobs according to specifications and production schedule
- Ensure engraved products meet quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on laser machines
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Report to the production supervisor
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a Laser technician
- Experience with EZCADZ Software (YAG) preferred
- Experience with CORELDRAW Software (CO2) preferred
- Experience with Raster to Vector file conversion preferred
- Experience working with graphic images
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
