PositionPowder Coater – responsible for preparing and powder coating a variety of metal surfaces, performing quality assurance tests, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities- Pre‑prepare and powder coat metal surfaces.
- Apply protective powder coatings to equipment and metalwork.
- Operate powder coating equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform and record thickness and other quality tests.
- Load and unload the cart system, maximizing available square footage.
- Correctly tag products after coating.
- Maintain knowledge of coating applications (power spray, powder coating, gel coating, etc.).
- Set equipment controls according to procedures.
- Clean and maintain the powder coating booth and workspace to prevent powder contamination.
- Ensure safety equipment is functional and make adjustments as needed.
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of powder coating experience.
- Proficient in mathematics and using measuring devices.
- Ability to wear various PPE and respirator.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb.
- Forklift certification.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Strong communication and oral skills.
- Accountability and the ability to take responsibility for actions.

- Safety awareness and ability to correct unsafe conditions.
