Plant Operator

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting large industrial engines, monitoring plant operations, and ensuring critical systems run safely and efficiently around the clock. • Maintain and repair Cat 3520 engines that generate power from methane
• Perform regular site checks and readings, including weekend inspections
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and snow removal
• Respond to on‑call situations and emergencies outside normal business hours
• Potentially travel to other plant locations for major maintenance projects

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call duties
• Ability to live within an hour's drive of the plant for on‑call response
• Experience working on engines, preferably similar to the Cat 3520 engines is preferred
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting and 480V systems is preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle various maintenance tasks is preferred
