Your role at Lindal

As a key link between our company and our global customers, you will be the point of contact for technical service and for the commissioning of our special machines and automations. With your extensive technical understanding, you will diagnose technical problems and carry out repair and maintenance work in and abroad.

• Independent commissioning of special machines and automations in the plastics and packaging industry as well as service for our plants in and abroad
• Accompanying the construction, conversion and repair work of all kinds
• Machine maintenance and analysis with subsequent restoration
• Machine acceptance (FAT & SAT), performance tests and validations
• Responsibility for documentation and information transfer
• User training at the customer and internal training for employees
• Montage project management in our technical center including the execution of montages
• Representative and contact person for our customers

• Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronician
• Proven experience in technical service and commissioning of special machines
• Knowledge/experience with machine controls is desirable
• Good English skills
• Secure handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Goal- and customer-oriented thinking through active solution-oriented support
• Self-initiative and team capability
• Worldwide travel readiness (approx. 30%)
