Thermo Fisher Scientific - - Responsibilities:
Operate designated formulation equipment efficiently and safely, perform basic equipment maintenance, and adjust processes to support production requirements;
Assist in equipment setup and preparation of materials for batch processing;
Adhere to written procedures, batch records, SOPs, and GMP requirements, reporting discrepancies to the Area Supervisor;
Accurately document formulation activities and review own work for quality and regulatory compliance;
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance formulation efficiency and production performance
