Job Title

Your Role at Lindal

You will take on a central role in our production and ensure that our press runs reliably, safely, and efficiently. With your technical know-how, you will set up the plant, optimize processes, and quickly and effectively address any disruptions. Together with your team, you will ensure that quality, productivity, and smooth processes are always guaranteed.

• Setting up and retrofitting the press according to production orders
• Conducting test runs and ensuring production approval
• Monitoring ongoing production processes and initiating measures for deviations
• Analyzing and resolving disruptions to the plant
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing to ensure plant availability
• Ensuring product quality through regular inspections
• Documenting process and quality data in the systems used
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes, setup times, and waste
• Supporting and training employees in the use of the press

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a tool mechanic for stamping and forming technology or industrial mechanic, ideally with relevant work experience
• Experience in setting up stamping or press plants is desirable
• Strong technical understanding
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Routine in using measuring and testing instruments
• Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of quality and testing regulations
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Team skills and strong communication abilities
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• High problem-solving skills
