Schedule Options – All Shifts AvailableWe offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime + frequent Saturday work available
Note:
All new hires complete orientation and initial training on 1st shift.
- Assemble and install electrical systems, wiring, and components on truck bodies
- Build and test mechanical and hydraulic systems for cranes, booms, and heavy equipment
- Install lights, alarms, cameras, and other electrical features
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform functional testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues using critical thinking skills
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete builds
- Document work, inspections, and test results accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or installation
- Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing production
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational or technical training (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
- Experience with hydraulic assembly, repairs, or testing
- Previous manufacturing or equipment assembly
- All shifts available to fit your schedule

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buchanan, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.80 - $21.80/hr.
