Dover - - Responsibilities:
Assemble dryer rotors and housings using hand tools and power tools by referencing 2D assembly drawings;
Balance rotors on all size dryers using overhead cranes and balancing equipment;
Build and mount dryer component parts such as agglomerate catchers and pellet diverter valves using hand tools and air tools while referencing 2D assembly drawings;
Perform leak tests on dryer and tank housings using soap water and air;
Engrave equipment name plates using engraver (or) lazer marker (or) dot peen marker);
Fills out check sheets while assembling the equipment to ensure the quality of the product meets expectation
