What You'll Do:

As a Large Metal Packer, you'll be part of the crucial final stage of production—safely and efficiently packing large aluminum extrusions. You'll lift, secure, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Throughout your shift, you'll work alongside a skilled team to meet production goals, identify non-conforming materials, and support continuous process improvement. Your attention to detail and safety orientation will keep operations running smoothly in a 24/7 environment.

Required Skills:

• Dependability, accountability, and excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a team setting
• Capable of working long hours on 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, and bending
• Basic math skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in multitasking
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or heavy physical labor
• Familiarity with safety protocols and material handling in a production environment
• Knowledge of aluminum alloys and documentation procedures

Preferred Educational & Experience Background:

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in metal works or manufacturing is beneficial but not required—training provided!

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends
