As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality, performance-driven products that archers around the world rely on.

• Assemble & Package:
  Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
• Meet Production Goals:
  Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Hands-On Work:
  Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
• Housekeeping:
  Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

• Entry-Level Talent:
  No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Small parts assembly experience a plus.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently
• Detail-Oriented:
  Ability to follow step-by-step processes and maintain high accuracy.
• Team Player:
  Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
