Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4-Day Workweek)
Pay: Starting at $19.21 per hour

In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded products by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting an efficient manufacturing process.

What You'll Do Production Operations Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following established work instructions Manufacture products that meet quality, safety, and production standards Rotate between multiple workstations after completing training Load materials, monitor production, and ensure equipment is operating properly Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed Quality & Inspection Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met Identify defects or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective action Complete production and quality documentation accurately Maintain attention to detail while meeting production goals Safety & Teamwork Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Work closely with team members to meet daily production schedules Assist in training and supporting other operators as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Join Us?

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
