Technical Facilities Technician I

Under direct supervision, the Technical Facilities Technician I is responsible for executing and documenting activities related to the maintenance of facilities. This role provides support to electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems, ensuring proper operation, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Shift: Day 4 x 3 Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m.

• Execute and document repairs and preventive maintenance of infrastructure and facilities equipment.
• Configure, adjust, and operate facilities equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and solve basic faults in electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems, following established procedures.
• Perform self-inspections to ensure quality and compliance of work executed.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all tasks.
• Maintain the work area clean, orderly, and safe.
• Complete all required safety and environmental training.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and regulations.
• Provide support and accompaniment to contractors, when required.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Technical in Electricity, Mechanics, or Electromechanics desirable.
• Basic computer skills, including:
• Email
• Word Processing
• Spreadsheets

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Good command of the Spanish language (reading, writing, and communication).
• Willingness to learn and comply with GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to interpret:
• Safety regulations
• Operation and maintenance instructions
• Procedure manuals
• Ability to write basic reports and simple communications.
• Basic mathematical skills, including:
• Percentages
• Proportions
• Calculation of areas and volumes
