Manufacturing Contractor I – Mansfield, MA

Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Seeking a Manufacturing Contractor to support clinical manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for safely performing routine manufacturing activities while following established procedures and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform weigh and dispense activities, solution preparation, equipment cleaning, and material stocking.
• Complete equipment cleaning and sanitization activities.
• Accurately document manufacturing activities and production records.
• Work closely with Quality, Facilities, Materials Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and other support teams to ensure timely completion of manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following established procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavier materials with assistance.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Biotech or Manufacturing Certificate preferred.
