Senior Technician, Plasma
Perform all basic functions and related activities. Operate required equipment comply with safety procedures and regulations. Identify materials used for blasting and plasma. Perform blasting process as per standard practices. Identify and set-up all required condition to perform plasma spray. Program and operate automated equipment. Troubleshoot and test any defect while performing work. Perform plasma application by using extension gun. Operate and program plasma robotic system.
Troubleshoot 7mb plasma spray system. Perform plasma spray application on complex parts. Troubleshoot plasma spray extension gun. Troubleshoot 4mb powder feed unit. Troubleshoot robotic system. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.
